 Campsite 4 is the last campsite climbers reach before attempting the summit of Mount Everest. It's called the 'death zone' because 70% of climbers who die on Everest die after Campsite 4. But no one ever reaches the summit without leaving Campsite 4. For us, this is a great metaphor for success in life and in business - nothing great was ever achieved without risk and effort. We don’t live at Campsite 4 - to do so would not be a lot of fun, but when the occasion demands, we will put in the supreme effort required to achieve our individual and collective goals for ourselves, our clients and our candidates. |
